Motorex brings you the Ethanol Treatment – 250ml. This is a biochemical fuel improver, which improves the properties of all 2-stroke and 4-stroke fuels (e.g. E10 – E85) blended with ethanol. This fuel additive reduces ethanol and fuel separation, optimizes combustion, improves fuel efficiency and reduces corrosion. It ensures that the engine runs more easily, removes deposits in the combustion chamber, regenerates old fuel and helps to remove water from the system.

Field of application

It is suitable for all two-stroke and four-stroke engines that are operated with fuel that has been mixed with ethanol (e.g. E10 or E85). In addition, it has been tested and found suitable for use in catalytic converters.

WARRANTY

Biker's Pad is a trading platform for all goods sold both on the web platform and physical store. All warranties on products sold, are directly covered by the product manufacturer and their product specific warranty policy. If there is any reason for the customer to claim warranty, Biker's pad will help the customer communicate as well as claim warranty. However, warranty claim acceptance is the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customer may have to bear the shipping cost for the warranty claim if not allowed by the manufacturer. Please read all terms and conditions laid down by the manufacturer carefully before making a purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs4999 to most prime cities in India. However, for certain location zones which are not easily accessible, you will be charged a shipping cost irrespective of your order cost. For orders below the explained limit, shipping cost will be charged based on location zones determined by Biker's Pad. There could be a shipping surcharge added for heavy and large products.

All orders received before 1 pm are usually shipped within 24 hours. For all orders received post 1 pm, shipping is usually carried out within 48 hours. We use multiple delivery partners depending on location and type of product to optimise product delivery to you.

In most instances, depending on location, we offer customers a choice of Regular Shipping and Express Shipping with timelines and cost mentioned for both the types. Product delivery is usually completed within the timelines notified, unless the delivery location is not widely serviced by national courier agencies or due to some unforeseen reason/ natural calamity. Customers should consider the provided delivery timelines after accounting for the order processing time.

RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

Biker's Pad allows a 7-day conditional returns policy. The Customer will have to inform Biker's Pad support team on support@bikerspad.com or on our official whatsapp channel (Mob no 7738835000) explaining the reason. Returns are approved only if the product received by the customer is found to be damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defective or a wrong product was received. Customer is required to explain the issue along with images to prove their reason for returns. In case a return is approved, shipping charges to Biker's Pad warehouse will be re-imbursed. Refunds, if any related to product returns and shipping reimbursement will only be in the form of Store Credit which can be used for alternate purchase on Biker's Pad platform.  Please refer to our Cancellation/ Refund Policy for details at the end of the page.
