SW-Motech brings you the AERO Panniers, the perfect luggage solution for sport tourers. The panniers are made from heavy-duty molded ABS, and have a outer polyester lamination, making it extremely light and durable. It’s structured surface is easy to care for and scratch-resistant. These side cases offer 25 litres of storage on each side while weighing just 1.8 kg. It comes with waterproof liners and retention straps to keep your stuff dry and in place. These panniers are designed to mount on SW-Motech’s Quick Lock PRO or EVO Side Carriers, and come with an integrated lock so that they can be locked on to the carrier. The panniers also come with zipper locks, so that your stuff is safe and secure when the panniers are left on the bike.

In order to mount the AERO ABS side cases on your motorcycle, you need a set of SW-Motech bike specific PRO side carriers or EVO side carriers (sold separately) and their coordinating adapter kits.

WARRANTY
Biker's Pad is a trading platform for all goods sold both on the web platform and physical store. All warranties on products sold, are directly covered by the product manufacturer and their product specific warranty policy. If there is any reason for the customer to claim warranty, Biker's pad will help the customer communicate as well as claim warranty. However, warranty claim acceptance is the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customer may have to bear the shipping cost for the warranty claim if not allowed by the manufacturer. Please read all terms and conditions laid down by the manufacturer carefully before making a purchase.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all orders above Rs4999 to most prime cities in India. However, for certain location zones which are not easily accessible, you will be charged a shipping cost irrespective of your order cost. For orders below the explained limit, shipping cost will be charged based on location zones determined by Biker's Pad. There could be a shipping surcharge added for heavy and large products.
All orders received before 1 pm are usually shipped within 24 hours. For all orders received post 1 pm, shipping is usually carried out within 48 hours. We use multiple delivery partners depending on location and type of product to optimise product delivery to you.
In most instances, depending on location, we offer customers a choice of Regular Shipping and Express Shipping with timelines and cost mentioned for both the types. Product delivery is usually completed within the timelines notified, unless the delivery location is not widely serviced by national courier agencies or due to some unforeseen reason/ natural calamity. Customers should consider the provided delivery timelines after accounting for the order processing time.
RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Biker's Pad allows a 7-day conditional returns policy. The Customer will have to inform Biker's Pad support team on support@bikerspad.com or on our official whatsapp channel (Mob no 7738835000) explaining the reason. Returns are approved only if the product received by the customer is found to be damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defective or a wrong product was received. Customer is required to explain the issue along with images to prove their reason for returns. In case a return is approved, shipping charges to Biker's Pad warehouse will be re-imbursed. Refunds, if any related to product returns and shipping reimbursement will only be in the form of Store Credit which can be used for alternate purchase on Biker's Pad platform.
