SW-Motech 37L TraX ADV Panniers Part of SW-Motech’s latest TraX ADV series of hard luggage, these sturdy, lightweight, durable and waterproof panniers are made from 1.5 mm thick Aluminium using no-pierce riveting technology, giving you a super strong structure that’s built to take a beating. These cases are designed to work along with the SW-Motech’s PRO Side Carriers along with the appropriate adapter kit. The latest TraX ADV panniers feature a complete metal structure, integrated sturdy aluminium handles on the lid, included lid stays, sturdier hardware, better weather sealing, additional protection from glass fiber reinforced plastic corner caps and an updated design. These panniers are in Silver (anodized), but are also available in Black (powder coated). These panniers have a storage capacity of 37 litres on each side. They are also available separately with a storage capacity of 45 litres on each side. The TraX ADV series has optional add-ons available, such as lid nets, drybag liners, water bottle holders etc.
SW-Motech PRO Side Carrier This bike-specific PRO side carrier with a 2.5 mm steel construction is strong and extremely durable. These side carriers are meant for mounting SW-Motech’s panniers – TraX EVO, TraX ADV, AERO as well as the Sysbags (SysBag 15, 30, WP L) with adapter plate. The side carriers themselves are designed specifically for the bike, and feature quarter turn fasteners that allow you to have you bike back to stock in under a couple of minutes. These side carriers allow for the quick mounting and dismounting of the panniers. The security device for side carriers ensure that the carriers are secure.
SW-Motech Adapter Kit for PRO Side Carriers This is an adapter kit for attaching a TRAX side case to an SW-Motech PRO side carrier. It is mounted on to the existing holes of the SW-Motech PRO side carrier.
SW-Motech 9 Lock Set with Anti Theft Protection One key for nine locks! With this lock set you can easily operate all locks on your TRAX aluminum cases with just one key. The TRAX lock set with anti-theft protection includes three locks for locking the case lid, three additional locks for locking the case to the side carriers, a lock for the tool box and two anti-theft systems with locks for PRO side carriers. All nine locks are matching. Two keys are also included. The lock set is suitable for all side cases and top cases from the TRAX ADV and TRAX ION series.

If there is any reason for the customer to claim warranty, Biker's pad will help the customer communicate as well as claim warranty. However, warranty claim acceptance is the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customer may have to bear the shipping cost for the warranty claim if not allowed by the manufacturer. Please read all terms and conditions laid down by the manufacturer carefully before making a purchase.
SHIPPING
Shipping is free for all orders above Rs4999 to most prime cities in India. However, for certain location zones which are not easily accessible, you will be charged a shipping cost irrespective of your order cost. For orders below the explained limit, shipping cost will be charged based on location zones determined by Biker's Pad. There could be a shipping surcharge added for heavy and large products.
All orders received before 1 pm are usually shipped within 24 hours. For all orders received post 1 pm, shipping is usually carried out within 48 hours. We use multiple delivery partners depending on location and type of product to optimise product delivery to you.
In most instances, depending on location, we offer customers a choice of Regular Shipping and Express Shipping with timelines and cost mentioned for both the types. Product delivery is usually completed within the timelines notified, unless the delivery location is not widely serviced by national courier agencies or due to some unforeseen reason/ natural calamity. Customers should consider the provided delivery timelines after accounting for the order processing time.
RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY
Biker's Pad allows a 7-day conditional returns policy. The Customer will have to inform Biker's Pad support team on support@bikerspad.com or on our official whatsapp channel (Mob no 7738835000) explaining the reason. Returns are approved only if the product received by the customer is found to be damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defective or a wrong product was received. Customer is required to explain the issue along with images to prove their reason for returns. In case a return is approved, shipping charges to Biker's Pad warehouse will be re-imbursed. Refunds, if any related to product returns and shipping reimbursement will only be in the form of Store Credit which can be used for alternate purchase on Biker's Pad platform.
